Living on the Dash.

I read a poem one time that dealt with life and death. The narrator was walking through a graveyard and noticed that while some people lived long lives and some left this world early in life, they all had something in common. In between the two dates on the tombstone, the birth and death dates, was a dash. We are all living on that dash. And we all choose what to do with our dash.

Some may be longer than others, some may be in a fancier font, but they each have a beginning and end. This Tumblr account is the best compilation of how I’m living out my dash. I post pictures and .gifs from the fandoms I’m a part of. I post the random thoughts that pass through my mind. I sometimes post serious thoughts or questions. In essence, this blog is who I am in words and pictures. No, it’s not a perfect representation of my entire being (it’s only a blog), but it comes fairly close.

In short, it’s how I’m living on my dash.
